HSBC Card Services are the rudest folks EVER!
I have an HSBC card, but that's not the problem. So does one of my daughters.
My daughter was out of town all weekend and apparently, she is a little late on her card payment.
The phone calls started at 8:30 yesterday morning. And they kept coming all day long, about once an hour. I told them after the first one that she wasn't gonna be home all day, but they kept calling. It was Sunday and the PGA Championship was on TV!
I asked to speak to a supervisor after about the fifth call and they hung up on me. I then informed them that they'd NEVER speak to my daughter on MY house phone until I did speak to a supervisor. They kept calling until around 8:30 last night and then they started up again at 8:15 this morning. When the girl called this morning I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said, I'll just call back later! I said, you're not picking up on this are you? You will never speak to her on this line until I speak to your supervisor! She hung up.
I googled HSBC this morning and found an 800 customer service number and called it and THEY hung up on me!
So now, I won't allow my daughter to speak to them on my phone. I answer every time they call. I use some of the most choice words I know when I speak to them. I figure they'll either start using the cell number that my wife and I both gave them, or they just like being spoken to like a broke down Tijuana whore!
I'm waiting for the next one. I've been making up new cuss words for them! Some days are just more fun than others!
